将dataframe中的某一行提取出来放到另一个dataframe中

因为训练集和测试集的特征是放在一个文件中的，所以需要把训练集的特征提取出来。

最后才想到直接使用dataframe中的append方法，它的参数如下，可以传入dataframe，series，dict,

Parameters:

Parameters:	other : DataFrame or Series/dict-like object, or list of these The data to append. ignore_index : boolean, default False If True, do not use the index labels. verify_integrity : boolean, default False If True, raise ValueError on creating index with duplicates. sort : boolean, default None Sort columns if the columns of self and other are not aligned. The default sorting is deprecated and will change to not-sorting in a future version of pandas. Explicitly pass `sort=True` to silence the warning and sort. Explicitly pass `sort=False` to silence the warning and not sort. New in version 0.23.0.

New in version 0.23.0.

1.直接新建一个空的 dataframe，最好设置一下列名，不然添加的时候会乱

2.data = pd.DataFrame(columns = []

3.新建一个字典 dict = {}

4.添加需要的行的数据进入字典中 dict[‘列名’] =

5.最后直接append data = data.append(dict, ignore_index=True)
