进化聚类算法的相关算法

GCUK算法(Bandyopadhyay Sanghamitra, Maulik Ujjwal.Genetic clustering for automatic evolution of clusters and application to image classification,2002)是一种基于进化算法和有效性指标的自适应聚类算法。它将DB有效性指标转化为进化算法的目标函数并使用遗传算法对其求解,获得最佳聚类数目。

Korkma(Emin ErkanKorkmaz,Jun Du,Reda Alhajj,et al. Combining advantages of new chromosome representation scheme andmulti-objective genetic algorithms for better clustering,2006)将类内紧凑度和类的数目作为两个目标。
