增加ionic插件cordova-plugin-file可能会碰到以下报错

假如你在ionic cordova platform add android时，有注意到cordova-plugin-file是须要cordova-android版本大于即是6.3.0

ionic cordova platform remove android
ionic cordova platform add android@6.3.0
