最佳答案 我在Django 1.9上遇到了同样的问题.上面评论中发布的解决方案对我不起作用,所以发布对我有用的内容：

>从所有应用中删除所有迁移文件夹.
>运行python manage.py migrate
>运行python manage.py makemigrations
>运行python manage.py migrate

这里的关键是在运行makemigrations之前运行一次迁移.

这将在Django的所有默认模型上运行迁移,用于以下模型：contenttypes,admin,sites,auth,sessions等.

完成此操作后,您将运行makemigrations,这将为您的项目的自定义模型进行迁移.

最后,当您再次运行迁移时,它会迁移所有自定义模型,并且不会抱怨没有在contenttype上运行迁移.
