00096: invalid value /u02/oracle/arch/ for parameter log_archive_dest_state_1, must be from among alternate, reset, defer, enable

解决： 少了一个
location SQL> alter system set log_archive_dest_1=’
location=/u02/oracle/arch/’ scope=spfile;
