java 压缩/解压 zip 多个文件和文件夹

参考了几篇文章,基本都是压缩单个文件或者一个文件夹,不能混合压缩。
找了一个不需要额外jar包的代码上改的。(参考文章)

不需要额外jar包。

压缩方法:
