看到这道题目,第一个想法是排序。然后要求排序时间复杂度是 O(n)
就想到了 radix sort
但是忘记了是什么原理了,幸好以前总结了。温故了一下。

time complexity: O(n)
worst time complexity: O(10 * n) Integer.MAX_VALUE 一共十位
space complexity: O(n)
