识别有效的IP地址和掩码并进行分类统计(牛客网华为机试)

先说一下遇到的坑,我是用Python3.5版本的,在牛客网上用input()输入函数怎么都通过不了,后来用了标准输入sys.stdin.readline()就对了。有大神知道告诉我一声,谢谢了。
