Open the *.vmx file in a text editor and find the line that refers to the old snapshot file, which will look something like:
scsi0:0.fileName = “XXXXXX-000002.vmdk”
or
ide0:0.fileName = “XXXXXX-000002.vmdk”

在这一行改成最初的VMDK或是较新的VMDK快照文件即可。

但如果业务正常之后，建立立即再打个SNAPSHOT。。
